As everyone knows the Supreme Court is not political, but all about the Constitution. Never in the history of the SCOTUS has anyone breached a written brief of a justice on the court. This is unprecedented, to say the least. The Case of Roe v Wade is not in the Constitution nor is abortion in the Constitution. The person or persons who passed on Alito’s writings will never be able to work in a legal capacity again ever, ever again if and when caught.
The Democrats are so desperate to keep control of both houses, that they will not stop their underhanded attacks on the right. For them to attack the Supreme Court in this way shows they are in bed with the devil. Actually, they have been cheating for years on elections. My father (a good Irishman) hated political parties. He said they totally messed things up. He always felt you should “vote for the person who will do the best job and the least damage.” That is why I have followed in his footsteps.
As everyone knows we have three branches of Government. The Legislative, Executive, and Judicial. The highest court in the land is the Supreme Court top of the Judicial Branch. Our forefathers were very smart and the best thing they did for our Democratic country was give us the United States Constitution, which includes the first 10 Amendments called the Bill of Rights. The most important of the ten is the First Amendment: “Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.
The Supreme Court is to be “untouchable”. They weigh all their decisions on the Constitution and how cases relate to the Constitution. Now someone has breached the “untouchable” to cause a SCOTUS brief to be compromised. This was done to insight angry mobs for the Democrats and about keeping power. I saw statistics recently that 55% of women are against abortion, and 20 % believe in pro-choice. Most of these women do not want the Government interfering in their life choices. Isn’t that what Rove v Wade does? Also be aware that, the major number of abortions each year is for thousands of black babies. Biden, our lack-of-cognitive-ability President, voted against funding abortion in 2006, as a Senator. Now he does whatever Bernie Sanders or Barrack Obama tells him to do. He has gone so far left his approval rating is in the low 30s.
Abortion is not on the list of major concerns for Americans right now. Their concerns are about Biden getting rid of our oil independence, rising inflation, the unprotected border, a recession on the horizon (government spending), crime, and school unions/teachers trying to replace parents. If you saw even a little bit of Kamala Harris’ speech, she rants and raves about “How dare the GOP?” is trying to get rid of abortion. She is so unqualified to be VP that it makes you want to scream.
Thank goodness Chief Justice Roberts has called the FBI to investigate the breach of the brief. He stated that the decision they have made will remain as is, and, I believe, abortion issues will be sent back to the states. We now have 26 states that have laws against abortion and are handling the abortion issue. Those with common sense.
